   • 1892, Journal of the Institute of Bankers, page 51:

     If A’s bill is in accordance with the Shar (religious law), and B has duly accepted it, B is responsible for the due payment to C, or, if the latter has sold it to D, he is responsible to D, and C or D has the right to claim payment from B on the day payment is due, and whether he claim payment on that day or later does not in any way invalidate his rights, and B’s responsibility does not cease till the amound be paid, without any limit to time.
