Hon är garanterad jobb genom sin anställning, och skulle hon vara utan jobb en dag kan hon välja att vara hemma mot två timmars betalning eller att placeras som extra resursperson på en arbetsplats.

     As a pool worker, she works at 16 different workplaces, including as a personal assistant and in group homes. Her employment guarantees her work, and if she ever has a day without assigned tasks, she can choose to stay home with two hours of paid leave or be placed as an extra resource at a workplace.
